Our client purchased this property with the intention of redeveloping to provide a large mix use tower.

IntelliArch Ltd has been instructed to proceed with the planning stage of the works.

Our initial instructions were to provide a number options to the client to see and understand the potential design concept for the project.

Once the design concept has been agreed with the client, we have submitted a preplanning application to the local authority.

The preplanning application stage is now completed and we are currently working towards the full planning application submission.
