Our client purchased a fully detached property with an intention of demolishing and rebuilding a new built property. As part of this work, the property were to have a double basement so that all activates that our client wanted to have can be accommodated.

Planning permission is secured and building regulations package is also been completed. Complicated party wall agreements were also agreed and completed.

IntelliArch Ltd is now instructed to contract administrate the project to the completion.
