Our client purchased a grade 2 listed library which has been disused for over 12 years. We received instructions to apply for change of use with part 2, part 3 storey rear extensions to provide a student accommodation with 67 rooms.

Due to the sensitivity of the property and complication of working with the an existing listed property, all stages had to be handled carefully.

Planning permission is secured and building regulations package is also been completed. The contractor is currently reaching to the end of the works.
