The site is proposed to be extended and used as a community centre.

IntelliArch Ltd took over an existing redundant site which has been left empty and unsafe. Once again IntelliArch Ltd managed secured all necessary conditions and building regulations throughout the property.

Works were also contract administered to completion and handed over to the committee panel. The property is now open to public.
